Ekkora QA ("Ekkora", "we") is a service of Ekkora, based in The Hague, reachable at info@ekkora.nl. We process as little personal data as possible and never sell data to third parties.

What data we process

  • Email. If you email us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message so we can reply.
  • Appointments (Calendly). If you book an intake via Calendly, Calendly processes your name, email address and chosen time. See Calendly's privacy policy.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider (Hetzner, Germany/EU) briefly records technical data such as IP addresses for security and troubleshooting.

This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics.

What we use data for

Only to handle contact and intake requests, to perform the agreement with clients and to secure our systems (legitimate interest or performance of a contract, art. 6 GDPR).

Client data (QA monitoring)

For the monitoring service we only process test metadata from clients: test names, statuses, durations and error messages. By default we process no screenshots, recordings or personal data of end users; error messages are scrubbed before storage. Data is stored physically separated per client and verifiably deleted when the agreement ends. This is laid down in a data processing agreement.

Retention

We keep email as long as needed to handle it and at most two years after the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the agreement and deleted afterwards.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Email info@ekkora.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Changes

We may update this statement; the current version is always on this page.
